Prime 1 Sirloins are on sale this week at HEB so I said what the heck let's give it a shot. I seasoned it with the Montana Mex Jalapeno seasoning and finished the steaks with a lime garlic butter.

My wife and her family are from E.TX and they put butter on dang near everything, so are from that neck of the woods also?
