Breast gets a lot of attention.
Wings have several franchises pushing them.
The kids always want a drumstick.

But those that know will always pick a thigh.

I like them fried or grilled but when I cook it's grilled crisp.

Marinate in whatever I put together.
Always olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, then use your imagination.

Wrap the skin around, grill on low both sides til crispy.

I like the thighs and livers.

Thigh IMO has the best flavor. Breast is good but even better with crispy skin attached to it.

I like grilled thighs and chicken fajita thighs. My all around favorite is a wing, but the wing all attached that has some breast meat on it still. Fried thighs to me are so greasy I steer clear of them.

Thigh is the best though for straight meat. Breast for strips. Livers are for catfish only!!

I am a big fan of thighs as well.

I cut up my own so I like both back pieces and then thighs, wings, legs and breast in that order. All gizzards, necks, livers, and hearts are all mine. No one else will eat them.

There is a piece called the oyster of the chicken that is on the thigh. That is the best piece.

it's no more than a bite each so no reason for them to see the table.
