Some swear that Mojos, plain decoys, etc. simply do not work. Others swear by them. How about decys effectiveness on Eurasian doves? Would like to hear others opinions and experiences. Thanks

We have seen the Eurasians decoy VERY well. Whitewings in larger groups (more than 10), and not flying too high, have decoyed pretty good for us. But, any bird that gets way up there, hasn't decoyed at all. Hope this helps. Good Huntin'

Mojos work great on Mourning Dove. On whitewings, I have had success when they are feeding in the field. For whitewings just passing through, not much luck. I don't have enough experience on Eurasians to comment.

I have had very good luck using mojos for mornings and Eurasians. Never had luck using mojos on white wings. I have had luck putting decoys in trees as high as i could reach for white wings. Also if you are not in an area the white wings want to be and typically land, you will not have very much luck drawling them off their flight path in my experience.
If the trigger is gold, the birds will fold.

Agree about whitewings not decoying as well. I've had good results with a couple of the winged mojos on the ground and foam/plastic decoys on a nearby barbed wire fence. I picked up some of the new mojo flickers but have not used them enough yet to see if they work as well. On the plus side, they don't take up as much room in the decoy bag and the wing/flicker things seem to be more durable. We didnt have a lot of birds where i hunted last weekend.

Adult late onset hunter. Why did I wait so long to get started?

I’ve had lower flying white wing flocks drop lower on approach to a field over mojos, and even land in with them just like mourning doves. High flying white wing flocks don’t notice them. Eurasions decoy in occasionally when I hunt down south but not much experience with them. Two or three mojos In a field 5 yards apart or at the edge of a tank can make a good hunt great or a mediocre hunt into a good one. Opening Saturday last weekend I repeatedly saw far off pairs of mourning doves change course and fly towards or close to my trio of mojos.

Same here except for the Eurasions because I haven't seen any.

I avoid mojos like the plague. I shot more without them once you figured their flight path. I do use about 2 dozen dove decoys clipped on the wire.

The only birds have seen turn around and try to land on a decoy is mourning and collared. White wings rarely decoy at all. I’ve actually shot at mourning dove trying to land by the mojo, missed, bird flies away circles and comes straight back to the mojo.

The mojos might work better on high flying white wings if you put them on a 50 ft pole.
