I listed this earlier, but we have made so many changes that I figured to start a new thread. We are offering this as a whole, or "mix and match" tracts (4 tracts in total)

The only restriction is that the 45 acre tract cannot sell by itself unless the 106 is already sold....heh. The 106 sorta "fits" with the 45, but if someone likes the 106 and buys that, then the 45 can sell by itself or with the 77 etc.

So, a few of the listings need a few updates, and some photos are on more than one ad, but that is because an Axis on one place is just as likely to be on the other places.

Oh, and we lowered the price of the ranch as a WHOLE to what it would be in parts:

All SW Edwards County Texas

Tract #43: $2,737 an acre - electricity, a super nice cabin, WLM tax exemption

76.72 acres https://www.landsoftexas.com/property/1048-SD-63040-Rocksprings-Texas-78880/6032476

Tract #16 and Tract #15:

106.15 acres and 45 acres, respectively ($2,483 an acre @ 151 acres total) - 12x24 cabin, electricity, WLM tax exemption

https://www.landsoftexas.com/property/1048-SD-63040-Rocksprings-Texas-78880/6033898

Tract #13:

103 acres - $2,203 an acre - has electricity on it, WLM tax exemption

Again.. a couple ads need more updates and they are working on that. Any of them can be mixed and matched. We can also make an agreement for hunting rights on some tracts till they sell if the 77 is purchased first, just until we sell the others though.

PM me if you have questions, but contact the realtor on the site if you need anything.

Here is the video link to the main ad for the entire ranch. It shows a lot of the ranch and all the tracts:

Wish we were there now. I'm sure gonna' miss that place too. This place has hill country views with lots of south Texas brush. Guajillo, huisache, persimmon, black brush, white brush, lots of liveloak, vasey oak, Not covered in cedar. Lots of openings to view wildlife. Covered in game.

We re-listed the entire ranch for $699k It was priced incorrectly. We have people wanting to buy 3 of the 4 tracts, all separate, but I hope to find someone that wants ALL of it, to keep it secluded.

Either way, if you are interested in awesome hunting, two tracts are at 1800 an acre, the main cabin tract is 210k, and the 45 acre tract is priced well also.

Look at the links, let me know if you are interested. Added some new photos to the 77 acre tract also
