yep, We'll call him 'Cactus'. Last year he was stunted multi point rack too and showed no sign of injury. Growing out same this year so must be a defective genetic. He ain't legal in this AR county.

Well at least he wont be able to breed does and pass on those genes. Too bad you can't make legally cull him.
