I need to purchase 2 more feeders and considering my options. Which do you guys prefer between broadcast and stand & fill? Plan on taking a drive to the nearest Bucess soon to take a look at what they have.

Wouldn't a Stand & Fill be considered a broadcast? If you're talking Corn Feeder, I'd say your talking Stand N Fill or other (winch up, platform, etc.) For Stand n Fill, consider those with a varmit cage to protect the spinner and those that enclose the spinner between two plates, like the one you'll see at Bucees.

For broadcast corn, I don't know why anyone would want to do anything other than stand on the ground to fill a feeder.

Stand and fill.

Alamo, then Lamco would be my number 1 & 2.

Varmit cages are out of date design IMO.

If you had the varmint plates and a eliminator spinner plate you probably would not need the cage.

Will 4x2 14 gauge welded wire fabric be strong enough for hogs on a varmint cage on a stand & fill?
