Didn't have the time to get set up early this year, so feeders and cameras didn't get started until mid-August. Was able to get up there this weekend for the Dove opener and it looks like it will be a better year than I expected.

We haven't had any heavy rains this year but did seem like we were able to get some half inch to an inch rains sporadically. I haven't pulled the data to see how much the total rain fall was for this year, but I am pretty sure that it is below average. The ponds are suffering greatly and a few have gone dry.

Anyway, on to the pictures grin

Nice. Tell me about the feeder, please.

They are made by J5 I believe. We bought one last year when our crank up feeder failed. After using it for the rest of the season, we knew we needed to replace the rest of them. So far, I have been very happy with them. Coons can’t get to the motor, still throws a good radius and to be honest, pops usually beats me up there and even though he still gets on roofs daily at 66, this makes it much easier on him when he gets there and tops them off.

Ramball (on here) makes a great stand/fill feeder and we would have bought them if I had caught dad before he bought the other ones. I highly recommend them

The mf 12 is at the top of my list right now. If my addition and guesstimate is correct, he would be one of the highest scoring deer we have taken and I believe he is the oldest that I have of the good ones so far.
