Gonna be throwing on a smallish (3lb) pork butt today or tomorrow on the BGE.... can anyone share with me their favorite way of seasoning. smoking, etc...

Buccees rib rub. Set egg at 250f. Wrap butt at 165f. Pull at 205f. Let rest 30 minutes. Pull and enjoy.
