A little short clip of about 50+ geese do a low flyover the house. So what do they taste like? I've never had it but looks like I might try it this upcoming season.

We did some Goose / Duck Hunts Last year. We smoked them and they were pretty stinking good.

Best chance at those are in a few weeks for the early resident goose season. Geese taste a lot like a duck. But more meat to cover that flavor. If cooked right it's good, takes a while to learn to cook waterfowl. You eat waterfy because you enjoy hunting them. Not vice versa.

I had 12 Canadian Geeses here a couple of days ago.

We have multiple resident flocks around Longview. They visit the ponds in out neighborhood and sometimes my front yard.
Neat birds.

Canadians are people, gooseses are Canada Gooses. And it isn't steal shot unless it gets stoleded from you. lol

We have local geese that fly over the house to the marina to roost. The evenings area really cool in the fall listening to them come over while relaxing on the back porch.
