I saw a few on a forum I'm on. One guy built his own for about $15 out of some plastic cup holders off amazon, PVC clamps, and a piece of plywood. Another guy ordered one from Eagle MTX, but it wasn't cheap. I want to say it was around $100 but was very well made.

Home brew:

Ram Mounts makes some very good self leveling cup holders that have several mounting options. Even with your vehicle on its side you will not spill your tasty beverage. They seem pretty durable. Iíve had one on my 4 Wheeler for the last 7-800 miles with no issues.
