I had a big wild bird cook for friends and family yesterday after noon.
So today I had plenty of left overs for lunch.
I made chopped bbq out of sandhill crane and wild turkey leg quarters, after I pressure cooked them.
I made a big pot of beans with smoked pork jowls.
I made a cold 4 bean salad.
I smoked sand hill crane breast wrapped in roasted green Chile and bacon.
I grilled sandhill crane breast till they were rare/ medium rare.
And had fried wild turkey breast,liver,heart, and gizzard.
And fried sandhill crane breast,liver,heart, and gizzard.
Oh forgot, fried up some chicken hearts too.
