Does anybody store their snake boots in the attic? Thinking about keeping them up there and wondering if the high heat for an extended period will hurt them?

Eventually it will probably delaminate the rubber from the bottom of the boot. Happened to a pair of my snake boots as well as some golf shoes that I kept in the garage.

I find the Danner Pronghorn Snake Boots an ideal footwear for hunting. They can perform excellently even in challenging terrains and harsh weather conditions. Moreover, I really like the quality of construction and the materials used on this footwear. Even though it is compact and rugged, it is lightweight and flexible. Furthermore, its snake-bite proofing makes it a safe and adaptive hunting gear!

If no temp control in Attic I wouldn’t trust a nice pair of snake boots going up. Outside of heat you also have to hope a critter doesn’t get them. A roof seal and new boots could knock the bank account back a comma!!!

I'd be afraid to have my Snake Boots become Mouse Boots and the heat as mentioned. My Snake Boots are my Hunting Boots, wear them year round, they live in the back of my truck (covered bed).

I used to keep my boots in the backseat area of my pickup. I never noticed any "heat", but again this was over 20 years ago.

My Rocky's stay in the camper year round. Haven't had any integrity issues with the rubber yet.

I have sprayed so much Back Woods Off on my Danner Pronghorn Snake Boots the soles should have melted off of them. Have hunted in the Texas heat when it was 106 degrees in the shade. I honestly believe those boots are indestructible.

Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.
