Stopped in the Parker Road http://bigtonyswestphillycheesesteaks.com/ location yesterday and got a cheesesteak and fries. Cheesesteak was pretty good, fries too. Talked to Big Tony who seemed to be a really nice guy. He actually worked the register and in the kitchen alongside his employees. I'd stop in again if nearby.

Texadelphia is still my go-to in the Dallas area.

I've been going to the one in Allen for years. It use to be a Freds, then freds sold it to Tony and then a few months later reopened Freds across the street. Allen has their own Genos and Pats war going on.

I usually go to Tony's as they give more toppings. It has easily replaced Texadelphia for me (which is still a good cheesesteak).

I love me some Texadelphia, I thought they left Houston for good, but they still have 2 locations here. In high school we used to order two of them and extra queso.

I've heard of Fred's. Didn't know about this though.

Can't find a good one near me.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Man I love Texadelphia. I get the chicken with mushrooms, lettuce, tomato with ranch. I haven't found another good one in 20 years close to me. Italian beef at Jimmys is a close second.
