My daughter pulls 45# with a cut on contact G5 broadhead. will the blinds mesh take any speed from her arrow?

Not enough to notice with that head going through the mesh, if she was using an expandable then no but the G5 fixed blade go for it.

One thing to make sure of is the arrow will be going out the mesh and not the blind material, have seen that happen before. Sights are seeing through mesh but arrow is a bit lower at that point and have seen several pictures of a hole in the blind not the mesh

Mesh won’t have much if any effect at all but as Kmon mentioned pay attention to sight height above arrow rest and the only other suggestions would be practice shooting off stool from inside the blind
