That's awesome! Is that the 4.5-27 or 3-18 Razor?
Unfortunately the bolt is on the wrong side, but other than that it looks like a nice build!

Unfortunately the bolt is on the wrong side, but other than that it looks like a nice build! Thanks, brother man. The scope is a 4.5-27. And the bolt is on the winner's side.
Haha yea I polished that thing for hours.

If ya'll think that's the only powder to use for 88 grain bullets, I won't try another powder.
Haha yea I polished that thing for hours.

I'd be hesitant of trying 88 in a 223ai. Might not be able to generate enough velocity to surpass an 80.

Granted I only run a 21" tube but 2906 with an 80gr vld is the huge sweet spot. I know a few guys run h4895 to get more velocity but most of the time brass life is short. Also an 88/90 is really long to mag feed reliably.

You should be alright then..... What powder was your initial choice? XBR and Varget. I know Jason is getting good results with 80s and XBR. It may work fine with 88s too. Varget might be better for the heavier bullets, according to everything I've read for the last several months.
Haha yea I polished that thing for hours.

Be curious to see what happens. I happen to have both powders, but a 24" barrel.
