Blackened crappie seasoned with Cajun spices. Fresh flour tortillas, fresh guacamole, mango pico de gallo, shredded cheese and jalapeņo peppercorn sauce. Just plain wonderful.

Would Tell me about this jalapeno peppercorn sauce. That sounds and looks outstanding! I try to make the majority of my stuff from scratch but I folded and bought this one. A little spicy for my taste but darn good either way.

We usually do the same recipe with mahi mahi but since we had plenty of crappie I figured we would try it. They both taste great.
