I just checked and www.crownpineleasing.com has some tracts open for bid in Jasper, Newton, and Orange counties. Look the descriptions over real good because some of them are bow only. These are the first they have posted in several months so there will probably be more show up in the near future.

Beware that there is one that floods every year it is off of Fm1416 I’ll try to find the county road number it is down.

What about the one 4085 & 1416 does it flood too ?

I am not sure but if it borders the Sabine River I would bet it does.
