Would be for the top rails and the legs that hold the top rail. Camparison would be for whatever the standard size angle iron would be for a standard 6X12 utility trailer.

I am looking at buying this trailer. The top is the tube steel instead angle. I want to make sure it is going to be as strong as angle.

Let's say you're working with 3x3 .120 square versus 3x3 .250 angle. The moment of inertia of the angle is 1.24. The moment of inertia of the square tube is 1.91. Hence, the tube is just under 50% stronger in bending than the angle. The tube also has much greater torsional rigidity. In addition, I think the tubing just looks better.

Square and round tube will resist twisting a lot more that angle.

It's certainly strong enough for the load rating on that trailer.

What's wrong with the wood on trailer? ??? guess I'm not seeing what you are asking about agree, the square or round tubing should be much stronger than angle.
