Ever get tired of eating pretty much the same thing even if it is good? Well this morning I busted a move that was pretty darn tasty  Had some leftover breakfast from yesterday which consisted of scrambled eggs, diced pork chops, mushrooms, jalapenos on tortillas. So I grabbed some big whole Jalapenos out of the fridge and was trying to think of a good combo to stuff them with for breakfast? could not wrap my mind around it. So plan B. Toast, mayo, black pepper, slice of American Cheese, bacon, lettuce, more jalapenos (cannot ever overdue it with them) Chunked on the leftover eggs, pork chops, mushrooms, jalapenos added Sirachi sauce and man it was good. Warning for the next 48 hours do not get down wind from me or enter a bathroom right after

It looks very good. However, I would have placed the cheese on top so it would have melted into a nice golden goo throughout the sandwich. Mmmmmm, golden goo...
