I do enjoy the nice days, even though it's HOT.

Hope everyone has a good evening and a safe weekend.

It’s been calm all week. Lots of fish. Fried up some fresh caught Bermuda Chub today, man it was good! I’ve always just used them for bait before. Now I wanna catch a mess of them for the frying pan!

Have see some beautiful sights out here over the years, but can seldom get a pic when I want to. Out here in the middle of nowhere, and out in the woods watching/listening to the world come alive I feel closer to God.

Do they allow y’all to fish out there off the platform after finishing a shift. I assume no but but that would be a pretty awesome job perk if the did

On most deep water rigs no, but on this one yes we can. The managers are the coolest I've ever worked for on this one, just don't do anything stupid LOL. We catch mainly sharks and tuna here, with occasional mahi. up Had a tournament recently and a boat pulled an 800 or so lb marlin off of us. Always cool to watch the show....
