Steaks or whole? Just don't over cook it either way. I do a tenderloin steak every Sunday night.

It’s a whole tenderloin. Steaks no problem. I’ve done those plenty of times.

Like Bill said "Just don't over cook it". The few I have done I grilled whole with Montreal steak seasoning or just salt and lots of black pepper.

In the over at 500 degrees for 25 minutes should do it.
