Started out at 17.5 lbs. I bet it is 10-11 lbs now. Maybe it will taste okay tomorrow. confused2 Who knows, I'm a Native Texan. Ribs, chicken and pork tenderloin going on in the morning.

What temp are you smoking at? I usually wrap at 165 but mine typically have more bark by then...what are you smoking on?

Pellet cooker. Smoking at 225. Pork tenderloins came off first.

Looks more like a boneless pork loin to me.
No sir. Pork Tenderloins. lose up pictures. The are about 2-2.5 inches diameter. Melt in your mouth. Not a fan of pork loin.
