The list never came up for me. I dont eat steak out. Steak is a convenience food forme at home. I liked Ruth's the last time I went there.

I like Myron’s in New Braunfels. I can’t buy that quality of aged ribeye in the grocery store.

I’m going to try Lawrys in Chicago next week when I’m up there. Heard it was great. I’ve never had a steak better anywhere than I can cook at home with my beef.

The ones here in Midland carry aged beef , they keep it in a special counter right behind the regular counter so it’s easily seen . Price is higher than regular meat counter tho . But if you can afford it , it’s good meat !!

Well the Big Texan Steak house in Amarillo isn’t on the list . What i did notice about that list you posted was that more than half were all doctored up with special sauces and add ons’ . If you have a good piece of meat you don’t need anything but a little salt & pepper and some butter . Yep just a good pice of meat and cook it right and your all set ! https://www.bigtexan.com/

What makes you think that? It seemed like a majority of those places on the list were part of larger corporations and no mom and pop places. Longhorn steakhouse is equivalent to a Red Lobster. Look at the list below. I would eat at each one of those before I picked a national chain that serves generic steaks. http://www.onlyinyourstate.com/north-dakota/steakhouses-nd/https://bestthingsnd.com/steakhouses/

Big fan of Cagle's in Lubbock. Hands down the best steak I've ever had was at the Cattle Exchange in Canadian, TX. Beef so fresh it had prices posted on a chalk board.

Cagle smokes the steaks as a loin before grilling, makes a world of difference. Loved it even better when you ordered by thickness, and prices were on the chalkboard
