Storm rolled in from the NW and rained most of an hour and a half. I got 3.5" at my house and reports of over 4" in other places. Really was a nice break from the 105 degree heat that I had on Saturday evening to 63 here this morning.
Adios,
Gary

cheers

We got another good rain on the Pitchfork as well. Things are very green and the mesquite trees are heavy with beans.

Great to hear, my granddad has a 100 acre farm there we hunt. Right on the San Saba. I know they were getting ready to fill up the irrigation ditch again, that will help!

Woke this morning to grey skies. Checked the radar and a gulley washer was headed our way. Once it got to Stephenville it dissipated. bang

2 inches of Thunder; 2 1/2 inches of Lightening; 3 inches of straight-line winds; less than a 1/2 inch of rain in the gauge here in the Greater MasonPlex. :-(

We got squat in Meridian as well. The storms came close, but didn't make it. :-(
