What's the heaviest bullet this 1-10 twist will shoot ACCURATLEY?
In General, I'm sure some will shoot a 80gr accurately, but what's the norm?

while the weight of the bullet is not the only criteria according to Litz's book you should get stability up to 69gr if you pick the correct bullet say a 69gr Nolser Comp which calls for 1/10.5 twist

www.google.comType in "Shilen twist rate chart". See what you see. Remove that search. Then type in "Lilja twist rate chart". See what you see.

Barrel length will make the difference. 16" problem, 24" probably okay.

In General, I'm sure some will shoot a 80gr accurately, but what's the norm? In general, 60-62 grain cup/core would be top end. Moving to a mono you may need to drop a little weight IME. If you intend to drive them FAST, maybe a 69 could get consistent accuracy. Can also depend on the individual barrel.

What's the heaviest bullet this 1-10 twist will shoot ACCURATLEY? Buzz, it's not the "heaviest" but the length that determines which bullet. Anything up to about 1.010" bullet length will be stable, but just barely. A bullet length of .880" will be fine for your twist. http://www.jbmballistics.com/ballistics/lengths/lengths.shtml

Only takes a little more length to cause stability problems. I was shooting the Sierra 63 gr SMP in my 220 Swift (20 inch barrel and 14twist) and had plans (hopes) to shoot the 60 gr Partition. I measured them, and the Partition was just a smidgeon longer (technically speaking, a smidgeon is a bitty bit longer). Dang Partition would only stabilize in certain temp conditions. Dang it...
