Could you or would you stop?

I would not. Period. I am not getting out of this alive, and neither are you....enjoy life.

YMMV.

I could do it. I like fish and pork pretty well. Like beef better but I would be OK. Chicken is OK too but at the bottom behind all the above.

Nope. I'm too danged old to worry about it. Had a big 'ol bone-in ribeye for dinner this evening.

I could, but I probably wouldn't, Agent Orange already has gotten my number so I doubt if cutting out red meat would serve any benefit. If it was my VA Doctor, I would be more likely to follow her directions than any private Practioner that doesn't know squat about Agent Orange.

Yes, I could, but I would 100% get a second opinion, and probably a third and fourth for good measure, before I did anything drastic like give up beef.

Wouldn't because bunch of BS anyways. They can't decide if eggs reduce heart disease or are a death sentence, much less effects of meat. The latest studies that come out 'linking' this to that are all about which company is paying the researchers to find the results they most benefit financially from.

Venison is red meat. I could replace beef with it easily.

Try a nutritionist instead , although they will tell you as well to cut down on red meat.
I try to eat fish 4 times a week. And cut down on salt, sodas and sweet tea all together.
I walk 5 miles a day
I would like to live a long time. You only live once, but life is too short as it is.
I lost 4 good young friends in the last 2 year due to a poor diet.
Their mentality where all the same, i dont give a schiat. The last year, they gave a schiat, but it was too late.
Have a blood test done every 6 months. Its amazing what you can find in there.
My best friend in belgium did not have a physical in 20 yrs.
He drinks mucho every day and smokes 2 packs a day. He lost his wife last year due to the same stuff.
I drove with them to vegas 2 years ago.
His wife had the shakes in the car due to alcohol withdrawal.
I had to find zinfandel at 10 am somewhere in Utah before Zion Park.
She had the shakes real bad. As soon as she drank 3 glasses, she felt much better.
It was scary and opened my eyes.

Sad, some people are so ignorant, they just don’t get it untill alcohol controls their own life, and than, you might as well die

It's never going to happen. It's simply Superduty's weak attempt to mimic one of my old meatless meals threads.
