I'm looking to broker a deal with landowner outside of Llano. He is looking to lease to a group of 4 guns for Annual lease. Deer, turkey, quail, hog, predators
$5625/gun
700 high fenced acres
cabin with bunks
awning for ATV/UTV's
stands and feeders/protein going year round included
I haven't personally seen the lease, but the pictures look pretty good.

Jay, Yes, I am trying to introduce my 13 yo to management minded hunting as well. I'm working to get a copy of the lease rules to confirm all of the details.
