Experts and everyone else,

My friend John's father passed away a year or so back. John's father was an avid shooter and reloader - his kid's and grandkid's are not. John has asked me to help him go through the "gun stuff" and figure out if it is worth anything and get rid of it. (The grandkid's kept sentimental items and guns). I brought home one pickup load yesterday (there is atleast one more load) and started going through it. I would like to post items in this thread that I don't know what they are or how to value them.

First items I am not sure how to value are old loaded rounds. I have two cans of 7.62 M80 ball ammunition in bandoliers. Each can has 420 rounds on stripper clips. Headstamp is TW 68 on both with red sealant on the primers. What is the going rate on these?

Not the actual item but looks just like it:

Next item are .30-06 rounds on Garand clips. Any ideas on these?
