This is a solid knife, it's heavy, fits the hand perfectly and made to work. 416 layers of Alabama Damascus Steel 3/16's thick.. The handle is stabilized tamarind with green fiber liners. I used three 1/8 mosaic pins. The bolster is hammered Copper with green fiber spacer. The OAL is 9 inches, cutting edge is 4 inches. The snake inlay sheath is custom fitted to hold the knife snug.
