Thos lil boogers are hard to find around here so we always called the spiny lizards-horny toads. I found one in my bushes last week and showed my son. Great pic!

Great pic. Growing up in Midland, they used to be everywhere. Loved to catch them, pet their head until the went asleep and let em go.
Cool creatures. Guess human encroachment, drought and fire ants have made it hard on them.
