Axis to me was much better eating than fallow to me. For me I would put WT over fallow. Others may say different.

Axis better than fallow but fallow definetly better than whitetail to me, like anything else depends on their diet, age of animal, and sex.

Yes its good, especially if you get them when they arent rutting. Not as good as axis but a more delicate flavor than whitetail...

Never had barasingha, but Oryx is the best exotic meat I've ever had. Really good...
