Long line of thunderstorms fixing to hit. Already hitting my place south and the south end of the big ranch. This line looks to hit the nth end of the big ranch and my house. It's been so dry the cedars are turning brown and the cows and deer have lost allot of weight. Seeing allot of dry does. Cows are still hitting the prickly pear and now the new buds on the mesquites.

We're getting a little rain but the ranch is catching the load from these storms, every one of these cells have went across.

Hope for more chances tonight, it passed us to the west and then went east. We missed this, but some of the people north of us got hail.

Well my rain gauge says 5/8 but I suspect it was more than that, wind had it coming down at an angle, dog pool shows about an inch. Ranch caught most of the storms.

It's a sauna here. 'Been dark for days, but not much rain to speak of. We've been spoiled out at the Sanderson lease the last couple of years. I think we're gonna learn what west Texas is all about this year.

Had about an inch here in San Angelo. More over towards Brownwood/Coleman area. North of Abilene and a bit to the east it's looking like several inches fell.
