Pretty sure I recognize that spot on Hwy 377 between London and Junction. I grew up hunting outside of Junction and knew we were near the end of our 5.5-6hr drive when we saw that spot. Dad was a Tx history buff so we stopped at most Historical Markers at some point. I think that one was called "Teacup" and was a lookout point for Indians many years ago.

Great picture, awesome zoom on that camera!

Couple of hundred miles off, this is just south of I-20 about 10 miles. The spot your talking about must be similar, your not the first to say that.

Here's the best image I could get off Google Streetview as well as a link to the Historical Marker I was referencing.

I have been very close to both hills, my late Fater-In-Law was raised just south of Tea Cup Mountain and attended Tea Cup School before graduating at Junction.
You have a heck of a lens there my friend.
Adios,
Gary
