Fellas, I am the proud new owner of a Ruger precision AR, chambered in 5.56. It has some great features, including a pretty nice, 2 stage Elite 452 trigger, that will adjust down to 2.5 lbs.
My question is glass. I want to do this build right and set up a sleek tac driver. I am looking at Vortex Viper, something like a 4x24x50 but I'm not sure. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, I purchased and installed a good bipod, so I think my idea is to set up a nice varmint rig that is good out to 500 yards, maybe a little further

I've been happy with my viper pst2 in sfp, it is much better than gen 1

Have you got around to shooting it yet with a different scope? How does that baby shoot?

I havent gotten a chance to shoot it yet but I am really looking forward to it. I hope to have it set up and ready to go by next weekend.
