Looks great. You are cutting up like a new pair of scissors since you learned to post pictures.

Sounds good. Cook on high? About how long? Never tried one in slow cooker. I guess it makes its own juice to keep from drying out?

I cook mine on low for about 8 hours. I also add about a cup of chicken broth. I cook the vegetables (carrots, baby potatoes) with the chicken in the broth. Pull it out of the crock pot and it just falls apart.
You did what?

Notice the juices in the bottom of the cooker. No need to add any at all. No lids were lifted during the taking of this pic.

I just dropped one in the croc pot to see how it turns out, I added cilantro, green onions and bell peppers.

Well talk about fall off the bone, I was shocked by the amount of liquid that was in there. When I was taking it out, it basically fell into multiple pieces. My wife made the joke after I separated the meat from all the bones that I made pulled chicken. I hate the term pulled chicken especially when restaurants try to church up a chicken dish by calling it pulled. The skin was pretty soggy and nasty, so that got discarded. The wife and toddler enjoyed it so I will do it more often now.

Fine chop some onion, bell and jalapeno pepper, and celery, then mix with a cup of regular rice and then salt, pepper, garlic powder, dry basil, and parsley. Add enough chicken stock to cook rice. Place bird and veggies on top and cook on hi or low, doesn't matter, just more time on low.

Add enough chicken stock to cook rice. you dont have to add any stock the chicken itself makes way more than enough
