Is this high fence or free range? Any restrictions on inches? What is a typical buck measuring out at?

high fence 3200 acres. We harvest only 30+ inches, last summer our avg was 32, this winter the smallest we took was 32.For axis we have a 100% success rate. This summer we should harvest all gold medal axis. This water trough was put up not even a month ago, and this camera only a week. I am having our ranch manager put up more cameras on more water to get more pictures. Once it warms up a little more out there we should have some of the bigger boys on pictures.
