Is this typical of a T3 Hunter or did I just get lucky? This is the first Hunter I’ve owned. I would also like to note there is a lot of stock flex on the bipod with the wood stock.

Wow that’s nice! I have a CZ 527 Carbine with grain similar to yours. I think I got super lucky as well.

This is common. I would shoot the rifle on front bags, fully supported first. Then shoot it with a bipod and see what differences there are. A flexible stock will often cause some POI shifts when shot under stress from a bipod or other devise like that.

You got lucky based on the ones I have seen and purchased. I probably would have changed calibers if necessary if I saw that one with the one I bought. smile

Very nice!

Thank you, it’s a 6.5x55 left hand so indeed it was blind luck.

Poncho I’ve saw some really nice CZs along side plain ones. I don’t have a clue what dictates it.

Chad I’ve been using a bag on it so far. I only put the extra bipod on it for some measurements. I figured it would flex some but this is like the cheap savage stocks almost. I guess it will be ok if I can be 100% consistent on preload. Well, that’s out.
