I'm stuffed. I got the hankering and started with this.  I ended with this.  Here it is plated. I topped my serving with a little A-1.  I never added any salt but it was a little on the salted side. I never added any pepper but it left a little sting in my mouth. I'll have enough leftovers for several more meals. . It's become my favorite comfort comfort food. What's yours?

Looks very good. I like to add a little chopped sweet onion, bell pepper, and garlic in mine. I'll have to try the pork sausage crumbles and salsa. That sounds good.
