Looks great. I'm going out to dinner tomorrow. That's what I plan to order. I no longer do it at home for just one.

Leftover steak was good with breakfast. It sure is! Used to go hunting/fishing in Nebraska twice a year. Be up all night catching catfish/drinking beer then go for breakfast at a little restaurant near the Harlan Reservoir. They had a BEAST of a breakfast with chicken fried steak. Big plate - Layer of cubed/fried potatoes at the base, covered by a big chicken fried steak cut into bite sized pieces, covered with fried eggs, then pan sausage, then completely covered in peppered cream gravy. After eating that plate you are stuffed! Made the mistake of ordering that once with a side of pancakes & bacon. Ate it all, but was nearly sick.  Super nice people, miss that place.....

I'm related to about half the population in that general area around Harlan County, and been to Bugbee's (I guess it's called KJs now) many times. It's apparently pretty famous for a truck stop on an out of the way highway in southern NE.
