Hey guys lost my lease of 20 yrs in east texas because the owner is getting to old to run his cattle.

I would like to join a deer lease with my brother in the Lampassas Coryell maybe San Sabba area. this would be a good half way point where we could meet in the middle. we are both in our forties are experienced and have our own feeders stands ect. we would like to be around $1200 - $1500 a year ea. any help or leads would be apreciated.
thanks,

Glen

Not to burst your bubble, but you're going to be hard pressed to find a lease in that area in your price range. I'd say $2000 a gun would be a damn good deal for that area. That's not to say that there may not be a few leases still out there in that price range but without a connection to someone already on the lease, you'll never hear about them.

If that's your price range, you're probably better off sticking to east Texas.
