Well, it was one boar, not multiple hogs.

Attacks happen.

Hard to believe the reaction of the men helped fend off the hog to go back inside while the hog was still present.

Not to be insensitive, but this is a society where civilians cannot have firearms. The situation would have most likely played out differently in the U.S.

Still, I would have hoped for a little more help from others if I had been one of the victims.

No kidding. I know baseball is the American pastime so they don't have bats but how about a steel pipe or an iron skillet or something better than a broom.

DNS is a bad a$$, he means business when he shows up to hunt....last time we hunted he rolled up in a mini van, nothing says I’m ready to lay some hogs down than I man that’s hunting equipment costs more than his vehicle.....lol. Look forward to next time Brian! Lol

I couldn't believe the woman just stood there and let that boar roll her up like a rug. Or the one that whacked him on HIS BONY LEG ??? If I was gonna hit him anywhere it would be on his snout, but what do I know.

I can think of a half a dozen ways that I could have ended that hog with things within 20 feet of me, and none go boom.
Videos like this remind me of the crazy world that we live in, where someone is more interested in getting a video than helping someone. Sad

A good old fashion 1911 would have come in handy here,,, or any pistol or shotgun

Wow, he was a bad azz boar. Those people need to eat more protein:0

The video reminded me of a time when I was headed to fill a feeder carrying a small ladder and 100lbs of corn on my back. I wasn't looking ahead more down cause of the corn sacks on my back. I walked right into a sounder bedded down at my feeder. They tore out but a boar didn't. He stood up and started popping his teeth. I dropped the corn off my back and when it hit the ground it startled him and he came at me hard..not a mock charge where they swerve at the last minute but head on plow. All I had was the little aluminum ladder. I held it in front of me and tried to use it as a sheild. He beat the crap out of it and I kicked him so hard my foot hurt. He just backed up a bit and kept popping.
I backed out with my mangled ladder in front of me. Got the 30/30 out and went back. He was gone..I hunted that feeder a few times and no luck. A few months later I caught him in a trap. Of coarse I shot him but I felt a little bad afterwards. He was a stud. Kind of wish I arrowed him instead of gunning him down in a trap.

You got him. That's the important part.
