Most the time people post abkout new guns, I'm usually like, "ah seems cool but based on what already have, I'm usuallly not interested in spending my money for it.

The fact it's the same foot print as the big boy version means I'll have to have one. Drop it in either the manners mcmillan or whiskey chassis and it will be a turtle killing mosheen.

Isn’t 1:11 a little fast for a .22? Aren’t most .22 barrel 1:16? Or am I crazy? What does that mean in real world terms? Will a 1:11 be better?

You're right. It must be a typo on Tikka's webpage. No way they would make a dedicated 22lr with a 1:11 twist.

Don't get me wrong, I think tikka doing whatever helped make the t3 such a good seller to this new t1, but I think this is a game changer for a certain segment of gun buyers. Such a great idea.
