at the moment its on my .22 pcp air rifle for shooting rats / rabbits in and around the barn at night. it has a baffled barrel so its way quieter than a .22lr.

Looks good! I like the singular module aspect to it. That is pretty nifty.
I would suggest you secure your wires as best as you can to prevent accidental snagging on things.
