I've had good luck in several rifles with: about 49gr IMR4350 and a 117-120gr bullet. Not max velocity, but usually accurate.

X2. I get 3050 FPS out of my 22" barrel with 115gr NBTs or 117gr SGKs.

Ran a 120 gr Speer BTSP for years with 51 or 52 gr IMR 4831. Now running IMR 7977 at 58.5 and 59 gr with the 110 Acubond out of two different 25's. Pushing the 110's at 3150 or so.

Pay it forward - Kids are the future.

Rifles are similar to boats and young women...there's no end to how much money you can pour into them without making them any more useful.

For some reason IMR 4350 has always been the powder for all of my 25/06s. My curent one shoots 49gr IMR4350 with a 110gr Nosler Accubond. It is my goto deer load. 5 shot 3/4" groups at 100yds all day long.
