I have been in contact with a gentleman from Levelland area who offers Day lease quail hunts in that area, Oren with TNT Hunting. Has anyone on this forum have any info to pass on? I would be driving from Colorado and would like to be sure if a trip there will be worth the drive and money. Thanks.

Just don't pay the full amount before the hunt. What are his promises?
