Can anyone provide some recommendations on a quality Pudelpointer Breeder? Don’t have to be in TX. I am looking for quality w/ an excellent pedigree/history of great dogs.
Thanks

Contact North American PudelPointer Alliance, they have all the breeders listed.

Mine came from Cedarwood Gundogs. Bob Farris has a sterling reputation as does his line. He is a bird hunter that hunts his dogs a lot. (A reported 100 days a year). He has been at it a long time and his line is highly regarded. He is one of the good ones. Be prepared to wait though. His dogs are highly sought after. Bob is in Boise Idaho.

Thanks, I’ll look into those. I had already stumbled on Cedarwood and was impressed. I’ll do some more research before deciding. Planing on two years from now which is about spot on seeing some of the waitlist lengths. We will hopefully in a different house with several acres by then. More for him/her to run around, play, train etc.
