Anyone got a good starting recipe for a 30-30 to be shot out of a TC pistol with a 10 inch barrel. Looking to use 150 grain spire points.....

the super 14 i have works best with 125 grain sierra #2120

Piggy back the same load data for the 150 grain RN for the 30-30. Just seat the bullet to the cannelure of the 150 SP, and chamber check (carefully) that it fits in your rifle and not jamming into the rifling when you close the barrel.

Not answering original question but....
The latest thing for 30-30 pistols is to use the Barnes TSX for 300 Blackout. Good expansion, accuracy etc.
