Mountain Home is just a wide place in the road. Other than Kerrville I don't know of any places to eat out that way.

Garvin store off 41 and 83 has some good BBQ sandwiches and sausage wraps.

Garvin store off 41 and 83 has some good BBQ sandwiches and sausage wraps. This. Great jerky variety too. I mostly just eat the Q. Coffee is pretty good. They don't open until 9:00 am which has always puzzled me.

Mountain Home is just a wide place in the road. Other than Kerrville I don't know of any places to eat out that way. My place north of 41 in Edwards County. My wife is a wonderful cook and I know my way around a grill and a cast iron skillet.
