Any recommendations on high quality pair breathable waders? Looking for tough, durable pair that will hopefully last several seasons. Willing to pay up for quality. Considering new Lacrosse aero elite, Banded, Drake. Experience with Cabelas has been so-so. Any suggestions on brands/models to consider or avoid would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I got the aero elite by lacrosse! One word and that’s “amazing”!!!!! I’ll never own neoprene waders again! Speaking of the aero elite, mackspw.com has them on sale right now ! They are expensive but getting them on sale really eases the pain! But knowing now what I do! I’d pay full price for them! I’m 6’2” and over 300 pounds, I got the king size and they are perfect! Banded would be another brand that I’d say but I couldn’t find a pair that had big enough boot!

I bought a pair of the Banded but returned them. Looked like great waders but we’re way too big in chest/waist area for me. I’m 5’9 and 195 so not too small of a guy. I think that is just the way they are cut. Even with the belt I just had too much room.

I got Gator Waders this year. I really like them, but I’ve only hunted four times this season. So far, so good. Very comfortable. I bought last year’s model and they were $300 with shipping.

I got the drake MST breathable waders this year. Also looked at gator waders in Tyler. Decided on Drake because I had a $75 Credit at Academy. I’ve hunted 6 times in them this year and will never go back To Neoprene waders!! My only knock would be boot is bigger/wider thank the redhead extreme waders I’ve had for the past 12 years. I have to wear thicker socks.

I have heard they brought back their life time warranty on Cabelas brand waders.

How can "breathable" and "waders" describe the same item? I have had breathable waders before, but it was after I snagged my waders on a barbed wire fence. They breathed water right in.

Anyone have review on the Rogers 2 in 1 waders? Pretty cool concept that you can zip in and out an insulated liner.

Interesting concept and cheaper than I expected them to be.

I emailed them about those waders before I bought mine. Checked reviews and watched video. I was told they were made by Frog Togg.

Love my simms, they have held up good to fishing and hunting for 2+ years.

I have them. Few hunts in so far so good. Haven't used the liner yet. And they do come in a frog toggs box.

I can't find a pair that fits my shoe and my inseam. Size 10 and 38 inseam, I'd look like a 10 year old wearing my dad's waders.

Well the actual lives up to it. Big feet and short legs guarantee I'll never be on the cover of Fly Fishing magazine. What's worse, I gave them to my 14 year old son. They fit him perfectly.
