What is a rough estimate on pricing for a deer hunting lease for north of Victoria area on approximately 75 acres of a 400 acre cattle ranch? I know it is probably dependent on a few variables, but I am just looking for an idea on pricing to make sure the quote we got is not out of hand. Thanks in advance.

If found, please return to stand or boat.

Without knowing the details / variables impossible to throw out a number other than between $6 ~ $24 per acre.

Being within 2 - 2.5 hours from both San Antonio & Houston probably be on the high end just due to proximity to major cities. It is worth whatever someone is willing to pay.

if it has good acorn trees, thick woods all over , pond, elevation change

$2000-$3000

if it's flat, no pond , featureless, $750
